The cable well is a kind of vertical channel, which is used to lay cables in lengthwise  direction for high buildings, it is usually used in outdoor environment of large power plant. The  cables in the well are of large specifications and great numbers, especially in those high voltage  situations. The power losses in cables are great and therefore the critical reason of huge power  waste comprehensively in the whole plant. When analyzing the root, it can find out that all cable  wells domestically are enclosed without any ventilating measures, due to which the heat inside  the well cannot be led out and the temperature and cable resistance go up obviously. And the  power loss is therefore unavoidable. The energy saving cable well invented by our corporation will solve this problem. Our  cable well is creatively equipped with ventilating system, which makes air exchange freely inside  and outside the well. The heat was effectively led out of the well and the cable resistances are  reduced, which finally reduce power loss in cables. Compared with traditional cable well, the  temperature in the new type well can drop 8-10℃ ,which leads to 6.5% energy saving after test.  The energy saving effort is quite obvious.
