Recently, the urban traffic underground Design Institute of the Municipal General Institute won the bid for the comprehensive pipe gallery project of Hankou Binjiang international business district. The project is located in Hankou Binjiang International Business District, with a total length of about 5km. The utility tunnel is designed with underground Ring Road, underground space and river crossing tunnel to intensively utilize underground space resources. The types of access pipelines include water supply, reclaimed water, energy supply, power and communication pipelines, which are the "aorta" of the pipeline network in the business district, and the key to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline network system in the business district.

The project is located within 500m of the Yangtze River flood wall on Hankou bank. It is close to crossing two existing underground passages and passing through the viaduct of Beijing Guangzhou high speed railway and Wuhan Second Ring Road, which has high requirements for design and construction. The project was originally scheduled to bid in the first week after the Spring Festival holiday, but the bidding plan was delayed due to the sudden epidemic situation, and the bidders were unable to obtain relevant information. However, the project team has not slackened down. The Shanghai headquarters and Wuhan site have continuously improved the depth of the bidding documents through online office and remote collaboration, and are ready to resume work and restart at all times.
