Steel anti-seismic support hanger

The anti-seismic support hanger refers to the anti-seismic support facilities which are firmly connected with the building structure and take the seismic force as the main load, which is composed of anchors, reinforced hangers, anti-seismic connecting members and anti-seismic diagonal braces.

The building electromechanical seismic support system is mainly used in the internal mechanical and electrical equipment of modern high-rise buildings, such as water supply and drainage system, building electrical system, fire pipe system, gas pipeline system, ventilation and air conditioning engineering system, elevator installation system and building an intelligent system.

The building electromechanical seismic support system is designed and constructed according to the following five aspects, in order to meet the technical requirements of earthquake resistance and shock absorption.

1. The building electromechanical seismic support system is designed and installed according to the fortification intensity, building function, building height, structural type, deformation characteristics, position weight of ancillary equipment, and operation requirements according to the relevant standards.

2. In the building electromechanical seismic support system, the important computer room should not be located in the parts that may lead to secondary disasters such as obstacles to its use function: for the equipment with partition devices and the parts where its strong vibration has an influence on the connectors, it is also necessary to prevent the resonance of equipment and building structure and carry out comprehensive consideration and design.

3. The supports and hangers for the design and manufacture of the building electromechanical seismic support system should have sufficient stiffness and bearing capacity so that they should be reliably connected and anchored with the building structure, and the equipment should be able to resume operation quickly after being affected by the fortification intensity earthquake.

4. The electromechanical seismic bracing system of the building is set at the opening of the pipeline passing through the structural wall so that the weakening of the main load-bearing structural members should be reduced. The connection between pipes and equipment and the building structure should allow a certain relative displacement between them.

5. The base or connector of the building electromechanical seismic support system has the function of transferring all the seismic action of the equipment to the building structure. In the building structure, strengthening measures should be taken in the design and construction of the embedded parts and anchors of the facilities used to fix the electromechanical seismic support system of the building, so that they can withstand the seismic force transmitted from the auxiliary electromechanical engineering facilities to the main structure.
