According to Article no. 1772 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development, "announcement on the issuance of the National Standard & Lt; Technical Standard for monitoring and reporting of systems engineering in urban utility tunnels" , approval of the National Standard "technical standard for monitoring and alarm of urban utility corridors" drafted under the auspices of the systems engineering to be implemented from July 1,2018. This standard provides detailed technical regulations for the engineering design, construction and maintenance of the monitoring and alarm system of the new, extended and reconstructed comprehensive pipeline corridors in cities and towns. The standard improves the scientific, rational, comprehensive and standard of the construction, maintenance and management of the monitoring and alarm system of the comprehensive pipeline corridor, it provides the standard and basis for the design, construction acceptance and maintenance management of the monitoring and alarm system of the utility tunnel.
