On June 18, 2019, China Hi Tech Industrialization Research Association hosted the scientific and technological achievements evaluation meeting of "comprehensive pipeline aluminum alloy support system" jointly developed by Henan Houde Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. and Northeast University in China Science and technology hall. The meeting invited Professor Wang Yuanqing of Tsinghua University, deputy general manager and Professor Li Zhihui of Youyan Engineering Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., the Ministry of housing and construction, and the Ministry of water resources Experts and leaders from China Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., China steel structure quality and safety inspection and appraisal committee, China Railway No.5 Research Institute and other experts and leaders attended the meeting.

The evaluation committee first listened to the technical summary report of the project, and reviewed the relevant data, pointing out that the aluminum alloy support system for integrated pipelines is a pipeline support system developed on the basis of the increasingly improved comprehensive pipeline support system abroad. In the world, the project products generally present the advanced research situation, and the project team has conducted a lot of first-line engineering research and repeated It is demonstrated that the traditional channel and comprehensive supports and hangers are integrated to form a unified system and realize the renewal of the whole system.

During the meeting, while listening to the introduction of the project, the experts raised questions on their respective concerns, and the relevant responsible persons of Henan Houde electric power technology company and Northeast University seriously answered this. Subsequently, the evaluation committee made the following appraisal after close consultation:

1. The main innovation points of the project are as follows: 

(1) A high comprehensive aluminum alloy material suitable for Huaan trough and Hualong trough has been developed, which has good molding, mechanical processing, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other comprehensive properties;

(2) The method of making bolts with high strength aluminum alloy material with tensile strength above 720mpa was first created, which solved the problems of cracking and incomplete forming of pier compression materials;

(3) The intelligent processing production line has been developed to overcome the problems such as tooth processing of linear aluminum alloy profile and vibration of cavity components;

(4) The technical problems of pre embedding, positioning and formwork removal in the process of comprehensive pipeline construction are solved.

2. The project has independent intellectual property rights, a total of 57 patents have been declared, including 1 authorized invention patent, 9 utility model patents and 11 appearance patents.

3. According to the inspection of national construction engineering quality supervision and inspection center, the anti sliding force of the product is 83% higher than that of foreign steel products; the anti fatigue test of bare parts can reach 500000 times; the embedded anti fatigue test can reach 2 million times.

4. Compared with the existing foreign steel products, the product has the characteristics of long service life and light weight. After being used by many users, the effect is good, and it has high application value.

The evaluation committee thinks that the project is generally at the international advanced level, among which the hualongcao and huajiaxing type supports and hangers systems have reached the international leading level in material development and product manufacturing, and unanimously agreed to pass the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.

And put forward suggestions: the promotion of the project has a positive role in promoting long-life and high-quality modern construction projects; it has important practical significance and long-term historical significance to improve the construction efficiency, reduce the construction cost and reduce the resource consumption in the field of engineering installation construction; therefore, the application and promotion of the technical achievements should be further strengthened.
