In the process of technical exchange, the related units were deeply impressed by the top-level, professional and forward-looking consultation responses of the General Hospital, and the idea of seeking professional consultants through bidding came into being. After deliberation, the owner of the project decided to invite a number of internationally renowned consulting units, including the General Hospital, to participate in the bidding for the consultancy service project of the pipeline tunnel, so as to realize the scientific and orderly operation of the pipeline tunnel in the future, the consulting program was born.
