Huai Shao Heng railway officially opened for operation

On December 26, the huaishao Heng railway, which was jointly constructed by CSCEC and performed by the fifth and fourth Engineering bureaus of China Construction, was officially put into operation. Huai Shao Heng railway is an important regional trunk railway in Hunan Province. It passes through 14 counties of Huaihua, Shaoyang and Hengyang. The main line is 318 km long, and the connecting line is 12 km long. The designed running speed of the main line is 200 km / h. CSCEC has built the line from Shaodong station to Yangqiao station of Huaihua Shaoyang Heng railway, with the main line length of 48.83 km.
With the opening of Huai Shao Heng railway, the distance from Shaodong to Guangdong will be shortened by more than one hour, realizing the "Golden Triangle" closed loop of Hunan high-speed railway network. It is the most convenient and fastest transportation channel connecting the southwest, northwest, southeast coastal areas and the Pearl River Delta, which is of great significance to the implementation of the strategy of the rise of the central region and the development of the western region.
