The China Construction Technology Center has become a member of the International Joint Research Center on underground space

Recently, the International Joint Research Center for Underground Space (ACUUS) announced the latest batch of membership list, China State Construction Corporation technology center is among them, Technology Center Deputy Chief Engineer Youxinhua as a representative was awarded membership certificate.

 ACUUS was founded in the autumn of 1996 in Sendai, Japan, and was officially launched in October 1997 at the seventh international conference on underground space. The organization is committed to promoting research, exchanges and cooperation in underground space in all countries and regions of the world, and to promoting the support and input of governments at all levels in different countries and regions in the development of underground space. The organization covers a wide range of disciplines including underground space planning, design, architecture, engineering technology, archaeology, environment and geology, and aims to build a platform for extensive exchange and cooperation among relevant experts, scholars and practitioners, it is the only international organization that holds academic conferences on underground space. The successful participation in Acuus will help to raise the international profile of the centre and provide an opportunity for researchers in areas related to the centre's underground space to exchange and learn from world-renowned experts, while providing favourable conditions for obtaining the latest results of research related to underground space, it will also promote the efficient conduct of research projects of the technology centre in areas related to underground space, for the center in the underground space of new technology, new technology, new materials and so on to provide a good promotion platform.
