China Construction Railway Corporation won the bid for Hangzhou Quzhou high speed railway PPP project

On March 21, China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., together with China Construction Railway Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd., China Railway 11th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and China Railway Siyuan Group Investment Co., Ltd., won the bid for the PPP project of newly built Hangzhou Quzhou Railway (Jiande Quzhou section) (hereinafter referred to as "Hangzhou Quzhou high speed railway PPP project"), with a bid amount of 23.63 billion yuan.

Hangzhou Quzhou high speed railway PPP project is located in Jiande City and Quzhou City of Zhejiang Province. It starts from Hangzhou Jiande in the north and connects Hangzhou Huanghai passenger dedicated line. After passing through genglou, shouchang and Longyou, it goes to Quzhou Jiangshan and connects Shanghai Kunming high-speed railway through the west of Quzhou. The total length of the main line is 130.774 km, and the design speed is 350 km / h. The project connects Hangzhou Bay Economic Belt and jinquli economic belt, forming a new traffic link and economic bridge, promoting the linkage development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, and is an important economic link to realize the upgraded version of "mountain sea cooperation".
