Trial operation of Changsha Metro Line 4

Recently, Changsha Metro Line 4, which was contracted by CSCEC, was officially put into trial operation with passengers, creating the first "precedent" in the history of Hunan metro construction to achieve the trial operation target one year ahead of schedule, creating the implementation speed of Metro Construction in domestic core urban areas. It is reported that the first phase of Changsha Metro Line 4, with a total length of 33.5 km and 25 underground stations, is the longest rail transit line in operation in Changsha. Among them, the first bid section of line 4 undertaken by CSCEC is 18.3 km in length, including 12 stations, 12 shield sections and 1 access section. It is jointly constructed by China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau, China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau and China Construction Third Engineering Bureau. The mode of "investment + construction general contracting" is adopted. It is the first major strategic subway project invested and constructed by CSCEC in Hunan Province and a key livelihood project in Hunan Province.

Faced with the problems of complex geological conditions, many buildings underneath, and complex working procedures, the builders of the Fifth Engineering Bureau of China have scientifically planned and innovated the technology of "skin type" waterproof technology in hanwangling Park Station, which effectively solved the "world problem" of water leakage in subway stations and tunnels, and used physical detection and survey methods to accurately "vein" the limestone from fubuhe station to fuwanzhen station In Hunan University Station, the new construction method of "water diversion, flushing and milling" is used to complete the crossing from the ground to the building, and the micro disturbance shield machine passes through the lake collision laboratory and the national ancient building HuGu engineering Museum New challenges have been completed in the aspects of engineering construction, process requirements and technology tackling, which provides security and stability guarantee for subway construction.
