Recently, the wltlzqsg-4 bid section of the new Weifang Laixi railway station project, the first "railway crossing" project in Qingdao, undertaken by CSCEC, CSCEC railway investment, China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau and China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau, has a weight of 14000 tons, a length of 220 meters and a height of about 22 meters. It is a 100 meter swivel continuous beam of the cross sea Qingdao railway, waving 110 meters of "arms" for 58 minutes, safely and steadily in the air Through 42 degree "turn around", the successful and accurate docking has laid a solid foundation for the full line opening of Weilai high speed railway in 2020.
The effective clearance between the swivel continuous beam and the overhead contact system of Haiqing railway is about 1.25m, which can not meet the requirements of conventional cantilever pouring construction with hanging basket. In this project, the swivel construction technology is adopted, which is parallel to the cantilever cast-in-place continuous beam section of the existing Haiqing railway, and then the section is divided into 13 blocks, and then the swivel construction and closure are carried out, which successfully avoids the impact on the operation of Haiqing railway below.
