From July 8 to 9, Zheng xuexuan, deputy secretary of the Party group and director of CSCEC, went to Chongqing zhengwan railway project and CSCEC tunnel to carry out a special education research on the theme of "how to effectively enhance the organizational strength, promote the grassroots party organizations to better integrate into and lead the reform and development of enterprises".

On July 8, Zheng xuexuan inspected the construction of the transverse tunnel of taiyangwan tunnel, the exit of taiyangwan tunnel and the tangxihe super large bridge of Zhengzhou Wanzhou railway project, inquired about the progress of construction safety and quality, and held an investigation and discussion with more than 20 Party member representatives, such as young Party members' representatives and migrant workers' Party members' representatives, in the project meeting room, with a view to solving practical problems, and on how Party members can give play to helping and guiding The role of grass-roots party branches and how to mobilize the enthusiasm of Party members and the masses in the production of in-depth exchange and discussion.

Zhengzhou Wanzhou railway project is a major national infrastructure project, known as the world's most difficult high-speed rail, the highest risk railway. Zheng xuexuan pointed out that the construction of infrastructure projects is difficult, long-term and high-risk. The party organization of the project should play a more important role in grassroots party building, improve the organizational strength of the Party branch, and support the operation with strong Party building strength.

Zheng Xuexuan, combining his personal learning experience and research results, focuses on the theme of "building a party in a high quality project at the grass-roots level" guided by Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. He takes the three questions as "why do we need to do well in the work of Party building, what is the relationship between Party building and production and what is the quality of China's project construction", and we are the party members. On July 9, Zheng xuexuan went to the headquarters of CSCEC tunnel to conduct an investigation and discussion, listened to the reports of relevant responsible persons on the company's operation and the construction of Party organizations, and discussed with Party members representatives the grassroots party officials

We will conduct in-depth exchanges on the difficulties and pain points such as weak professional ability of staff, monotonous life style of Party organizations in closing projects or remote projects, and jointly discuss ideas and measures to solve problems.

Zheng xuexuan pointed out that the group should pay close attention to the problems reflected in the survey and come up with targeted solutions, so that the theme education can really become a process to promote the deepening of enterprise reform, improve the system and mechanism, and solve deep-seated problems; it should further consolidate the "three basic construction" and enhance the execution and productivity of the project with the organizational and combat effectiveness of the party organization We should further explore the in-depth integration of Party building and production and management in enterprises, and effectively solve the problem of "two skins", and highlight the party organization's work and combat effectiveness in the process of reform, science and technology, market development and project tackling We should further strengthen the party's management of cadres and talents, do a good job of talent inventory, and provide continuous power for enterprise reform and development.

During the investigation, Zheng xuexuan also went deep into the Chongqing line 9 project and visited the "Chongqing Jiujiang think tank" smart exhibition hall to understand the characteristics of the project, the operation system of Party building work and the promotion of on-site construction. He said that the project department should strictly grasp party building, lead production with Party building, be brave in tackling difficulties, strengthen on-site management and control, and ensure performance goals.
